Twice a week, I send out something genuinely worth reading — not "10% off this weekend" noise, but real content. Sundays are about learning coffee itself: how grinders actually affect your cup more than your machine does, what's really going on with roast dates, why a washed coffee and a natural coffee from the same farm taste nothing alike. I write these from my own experience figuring this stuff out — what I'd tell a mate getting into coffee properly for the first time.
Wednesdays are about the coffee itself. Every new lot I roast gets its own story — who grew it, how it was processed, why I bought it. Some of what I source is genuinely limited, like the Bourbon Ají currently on the site, which came from a single 35kg lot at auction. People on this list hear about coffees like that before they go fully public, and sometimes before they sell out entirely.
If you want to actually get better at making coffee, not just buy another bag of it, this is the list for that.
