Bright, distinctive, modern. An experimental Colombian processed without oxygen for a cleaner, more complex cup. Sweet fruit with real clarity.

No roast decision needed

This pack is deliberately simple. Both bags come roasted to the profile we recommend for each coffee, which is the one we roast most, taste most and trust most. If you later want to take one of them lighter, you can do that on its own product page. Here, we have made the call for you.

Whole Bean or Ground?

Both bags are roasted to order. If you want them ground, we grind them the day they ship, set for how you actually brew. Your choice applies to both bags.

Whole bean — if you own a grinder
Espresso — pressurised and non-pressurised baskets
Filter (pour over) — V60, Chemex, AeroPress, drip machines
Cafetière — coarse, for full immersion

Ground coffee gives up its aromatics faster than whole beans, so if you have a grinder at home, use it. If you do not, we would rather grind it properly for you than have you guess. No extra charge either way.
